Add Premium Delivery Service at checkout for a small fee and shop with extra peace of mind. Here’s what it includes:

Fast Replacements
If your package is lost or stolen, we’ll prioritize your replacement in our fulfillment queue so it reaches you as quickly as possible.

Priority Support
Get faster responses and a dedicated agent for any shipping issues.

Exact Match Replacements
Lost or stolen items will be replaced exactly as ordered, including size and variation. Changes to size or style are not allowed once a claim is filed. If the original item is out of stock, store credit will be issued.




Do You Need to Purchase This?

Premium Delivery Service is added to every order by default, but you can turn it off at checkout before completing your purchase.


Limitations

  • Claims must be filed within 14 days of original delivery date.
  • Replacements are issued only for the original item(s) in the original order; if unavailable, store credit will be provided.
  • Does not cover:
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
    • Delays or losses caused by weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues
  • Replacement orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Original orders cannot be refunded once a replacement is sent.
  • Orders marked delivered cannot be refunded if a claim is filed for misdelivery or theft.
  • Premium Delivery fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel or return an order.

Important: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to start a claim. If the carrier denies it, we cannot replace or refund the item.
