MINA BAIE Preorder Policy

When an item is sold out on our website, it may occasionally be offered for pre-order. Pre-ordering allows customers to secure the item in advance before it arrives in our warehouse.

Estimated Ship Dates

• The “estimated ship date” provided on the product page is our best estimate based on current production and shipping information.

• This date is not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping, customs, carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond MINA BAIE’s control.

Order Fulfillment

• All items in the same order will ship together. If your order contains a pre-ordered item, in-stock items will not ship separately and will be held until the pre-order item becomes available.

• Orders containing only in-stock items will ship according to our standard processing times.

• Pre-orders are subject to availability. MINA BAIE reserves the right to cancel any pre-order if the item becomes unavailable or production is delayed indefinitely.

• Payment for pre-ordered items is collected at the time of purchase.

• Estimated ship dates cannot be guaranteed, and MINA BAIE is not liable for delays in delivery resulting from pre-order timing or combined shipping.

• Pre-order items do not qualify for expedited shipping until the item is in stock.
