Oh no! My order says it was delivered, but I never received it.Updated a month ago

Did Not Receive Your Order?

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once packages leave our warehouse, delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond MINA BAIE’s control. Orders marked delivered cannot be refunded if filed under a claim for misdelivery or stolen packages.



Premium Delivery Service

If you purchased Premium Delivery Service, your order is eligible for a claim if lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

You can initiate a claim [here] using your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Important:

  • All claims must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

  • Replacement items for claim orders must match the original item exactly, including size and variation. We are unable to modify the size or switch to a different variation once a claim is filed.

  • Premium Delivery Service covers the value of the goods only, excluding duties, taxes, or customs fees.



Orders Without Premium Delivery

If you opted out of Premium Delivery Service, please contact [email protected]. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Important: All claims must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for refund or replacement.


Replacement Orders

Replacement orders issued due to lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or shop credit. Original orders cannot be refunded once a replacement has been sent.

Important: Replacement items must match the original item exactly, including size and variation. No changes to size or variation are allowed once a claim has been filed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery addresses are correct and for safely receiving packages.


Non-Refundable Fees

Any fees paid at checkout, including Premium Delivery Service, are non-refundable, even if an order is canceled, returned, misdelivered, lost, or stolen.
