For items purchased through third-party vendors (such as Babylist, The Memo, or Neiman Marcus), all warranty claims or issues must be handled directly by the vendor from which the product was purchased. MINA BAIE cannot process warranty requests for these orders. Please contact the vendor’s customer service team for assistance.
