Order Processing Times
Non-Sale Periods
Orders containing in-stock items are processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
Sale Periods
During promotional or sale periods, please allow 5–8 business days for processing and fulfillment due to increased order volume.
Pre-Ordered Items
Once pre-ordered items are in stock, orders will be processed within 1–3 business days. Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
Orders containing pre-ordered items will not ship partially and will ship only once all items in the order are in stock and available.
Shipping Information
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays (please refer to our Help Center for observed holiday dates).
Once an order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Domestic (U.S.): 1–5 business days after shipment, depending on destination
Pacific: 1–3 business days
Mountain: 2–4 business days
Central: 3–4 business days
Eastern: 4–5 business days
International: 5–10 business days after shipment (excluding customs clearance)

All shipping timelines shown at checkout, in order confirmations, and in shipping confirmation emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping delays alone do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund once the order has shipped.
Alaska & Hawaii
A $20 flat-rate Ground Shipping fee applies to all orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Hotel Deliveries
If shipping to a hotel, we strongly recommend selecting an expedited shipping option (continental U.S. only) at checkout.
MINA BAIE is not responsible for packages delivered to hotels, concierge desks, or mailrooms, or for missed deliveries due to hotel policies, guest check-out timing, or carrier delays.
Holiday Shipping Notice
During the holiday season, carriers experience significantly increased package volumes and potential weather-related disruptions.
As a result:
Domestic shipments may be delayed by 1–2 weeks
International shipments may be delayed by 3–4 weeks beyond estimated delivery windows
We strongly recommend placing orders as early as possible during the holiday season.
Carrier Responsibility & Delivery Issues
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, shipping delays or delivery issues are outside of MINA BAIE’s direct control.
A package is not considered lost unless and until the carrier formally confirms the loss or closes its investigation. Until that time, orders showing as in transit remain the responsibility of the carrier and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
If tracking shows a package as “DELIVERED” but it has not been received, customers must contact MINA BAIE support within 14 days of the delivery scan so we may assist with a carrier investigation.
Claims submitted outside of this 14-day window may not be eligible for review or resolution.
