MINA BAIE RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MINA BAIE purchase. If an item is not the right fit, we’re happy to help. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Eligibility

• U.S. Orders: Unworn and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A flat $10 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return label.

• International Orders: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Duties, taxes, shipping, and other fees are non-refundable, and refunds apply only to the cost of the goods.

Important: Items returned outside the return window will not be accepted and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must:

• Be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.

• Be in unworn, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Be shipped in a manner that maintains the item’s original structure and condition.

Fees & Exceptions:

• Items returned without original packaging may incur a 10% restocking fee.

• Damaged, worn, or altered merchandise is not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for shipping costs in such cases.

• Final sale items — including gift cards, changing pads, monogrammed items, discounted items, and sample sale items — cannot be returned or refunded.

• Exchanges: Exchanged orders can only be returned for shop credit or refund to the original payment method on the original order. 

• Returns processed as gift returns are only eligible for exchange or shop credit. 

Replacement Orders & Lost/Stolen Packages

• Replacement orders issued due to lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

• Customers are responsible for receiving replacement packages safely and ensuring correct delivery addresses.

Shipping Responsibility

• MINA BAIE does not reimburse return shipping costs.

• Items from multiple orders must be returned separately.

International Customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

Gifts & Shop Credit

• The 30-day return window applies to gift purchases. To avoid missing the window, we recommend giving a MINA BAIE gift card.

• Items purchased with shop credit: return shipping costs will be deducted from any shop credit refunded.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once items are received and inspected.

• Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Legal Protections & Disclaimers

• MINA BAIE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

• Refunds do not include shipping costs, taxes, duties, or other fees unless required by law.

• MINA BAIE is not responsible for lost or damaged items returned to our warehouse. Customers are responsible for using appropriate packaging and shipping methods.

• All return policies are subject to applicable state and federal consumer protection laws.

Initiate return HERE. For domestic orders, a flat fee of $10 will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover the cost of the return label. If the item is sent outside the return window, it will not longer be eligible for return and will be shipped back.

International orders shipped to Canada, UK, or Australia, please process return HERE. Please note, in the case that customer chooses to return the order within the return window, duty, tax, shipping, and any other fees are non-refundable. The refund would only apply to the cost of the goods.
