How do I process an exchange?Updated 21 days ago

Please note that colors on products can appear differently on screens due to various factors like display settings and lighting conditions.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MINA purchase. If the item is not the right fit for you, let us know—we’re happy to help! MINA BAIE accepts returns of unworn/unused items within 30 days of your delivery date.

U.S. Orders
To initiate an exchange, please click HERE. If you are exchanging, the return shipping fee will be waived.

How to Process an Exchange
To exchange your item for a different style, color, or size, please follow these steps:

  1. Head to the returns portal & enter in your Order Number beginning with MB & Shipping Zip Code
  2. Select the item you’d like to return
  3. Enter the reason for your return
  4. Scroll down and select “Return Item”
  5. On the next screen, click “Continue with Return”
  6. Select “Shop Now with…”
  7. From there, you’ll be able to choose your new item

Please note: Inventory for exchanges is not guaranteed, and requested items may sell out before your exchange is processed.

International Orders
International orders are not eligible for exchanges at this time. Orders shipped to Canada, the UK, or Australia may be returned HERE. Please note, duties, taxes, shipping, and any additional fees are non-refundable. Refunds apply to the cost of goods only.


Return Conditions

  • Item(s) must be in transit to our warehouse within 30 days of the original delivery date, with all tags and original packaging included
  • Items must be returned in a way that maintains their original structure and condition
  • If an item is returned without original packaging, a 10% restocking fee will apply
  • Damaged or used merchandise is not eligible for return, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Gift cards, changing pads, monogrammed items, discounted items (if applicable), final sale items, and sample sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned
  • An exchanged order can only be returned for shop credit or refund to the original payment method on the original order
  • Returns processed as gift returns are eligible for exchange or shop credit only

MINA BAIE does not reimburse return shipping costs. If returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately.

If your purchase is a gift, the 30-day return policy still applies. To avoid the recipient missing the return window, we recommend purchasing a MINA BAIE gift card.

If item(s) purchased with shop credit are returned, return shipping costs will be deducted from the shop credit.
