How do I exchange for a different style or color?Updated 2 months ago

Please note that colors on products can appear differently on screens due to various factors like display settings and lighting conditions.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your MINA purchase. If the item is not the right fit for you, let us know—we’re happy to help! MINA BAIE accepts returns of unworn/unused items within 30 days of your delivery date. 

U.S. orders initiate exchange HERE. If you are exchanging, the return shipping fee will be waived. 

International orders initiate return HERE. International orders are not eligible for exchanges at the current time. Please note in the case that customer chooses to return the order within the return window, duty, tax, shipping, and any other fees are non-refundable. The refund would only apply to the cost of the goods.

Please see conditions below: 

• Item(s) must be in transit to our warehouse within 30 days of the original delivery date, with all tags and original packaging included. 
• Items be sent back in a way that maintains their original structure and condition. 
• If an item is returned without its original packaging, a 10% restocking fee will apply to the total return. 
• Damaged or used merchandise is not eligible for return, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. 
• Gift cards, changing pads, monogrammed items, discounted items (if applicable), final sale items, and sample sale items are considered final sale, are non-refundable, and cannot be returned.
• An exchanged order can only be returned for shop credit or refund to the original payment method on the original order. 
• Returns processed as gift returns are only eligible for exchange or shop credit. 

MINA BAIE does not reimburse for return shipping costs. If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately.

If the purchase is a gift, the 30-day return policy still applies. To avoid the gift receiver missing the return window, we would highly recommend purchasing a MINA BAIE gift card.

If item(s) purchased with shop credit won from MINA BAIE are returned, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from shop credit.
