To handle a gift return request, simply create a return for the recipient in the MINA BAIE Returns Portal. Click the 'Return a Gift' option to initiate the process.

International orders shipped to Canada, UK, or Australia, please process return HERE. Please note, in the case that customer chooses to return the order within the return window, duty, tax, shipping, and any other fees are non-refundable. The refund would only apply to the cost of the goods.
