We offer expedited shipping within the continental U.S. You may select 2-day or overnight shipping at checkout when available.

Important Terms & Conditions

1. Order Cutoff for Same-Day Shipping

   • Expedited orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PT on a business day to ship the same day.

   • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT, on weekends, or U.S. holidays will ship the next business day.

2. Carrier Delivery

   • Carriers deliver Monday–Friday only.

   • Expedited shipping is not available to PO boxes.

3. Transit Times & Delays

   • Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

   • Delivery may be delayed due to carrier operations, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond MINA BAIE’s control.

4. Availability

   • Expedited shipping options may be temporarily unavailable based on carrier capacity, operational limitations, or high order volume.

5. Costs & Refunds

   • Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

   • MINA BAIE is not responsible for delays, missed delivery windows, or lost packages once an order has been handed to the carrier.
