What should I do if my item arrives damaged or I'm missing an item?Updated a month ago

Oh no! We’re so sorry your item arrived damaged or missing an item from your order! Please email [email protected] within 14 days of original delivery date with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage, including the item and packaging

  • A copy of the packing slip

  • A photo of the shipping label

These details are required for us to properly investigate and process a replacement, repair, or refund. Submitting this documentation helps protect both you and MINA BAIE, and ensures compliance with carrier and legal requirements.


What are the limitations?
Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the original delivery date.

Replacement orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or shop credit. 


Important: Replacement items must match the original item exactly, including size and variation. No changes to size or variation are allowed once a claim has been filed.
