Fraud Prevention & Order Protection Statement

MINA BAIE takes fraud and unauthorized transactions seriously. To protect our customers, team, and business, we reserve the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to hold, cancel, decline, or refuse an order when we reasonably believe it may involve fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise prohibited activity, or when the order violates our Terms of Service or applicable policies.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• Discrepancies between billing and shipping information
• Unusual or repeated payment activity
• Multiple payment attempts
• Indicators of unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
• Orders flagged by our automated fraud detection systems
• Attempts to circumvent our policies or procedures
• Abuse or misuse of our return, refund, warranty, or promotional policies
• Conduct that violates our Terms of Service

Orders canceled or declined due to suspected fraud or security concerns may not be manually approved or overridden. We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to refuse or restrict future transactions where there is a reasonable basis to believe that continued service presents a fraud, security, abuse, or policy-compliance concern.

We also reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise unlawful conduct toward our team or customers, subject to applicable law.

Customers affected by an order cancellation will be notified when appropriate. Where applicable, a customer may attempt to place a new order after payment and order information have been verified.

MINA BAIE is not responsible for fees, charges, or other losses incurred as a result of an order being held, canceled, declined, or refused in accordance with our fraud-prevention and security policies, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
