MINA BAIE WARRANTY POLICY

At MINA BAIE, we stand behind the quality of every item we create. Our warranty is our promise to you — ensuring every mama receives a product that meets our high standards of craftsmanship, design, and functionality.

All MINA BAIE items purchased through our website or an authorized retailer are eligible for warranty coverage under the terms outlined below.


Who This Warranty Covers

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of any MINA BAIE bag, accessory, or jewelry item, or, in the case of a gift, the original recipient.

  • Original purchaser: The first person who purchased the item directly from MINA BAIE or an authorized retailer.

  • Original recipient: The first individual to receive the item as a gift purchased from MINA BAIE or an authorized retailer.

All warranty coverage is valid only while the item is owned by the original purchaser or recipient. Proof of purchase is required to confirm eligibility.

Items purchased from unauthorized sellers, secondhand, or previously used are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Important: Warranty coverage is limited to defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of delivery. Damage from misuse, accidents, or external causes is not covered.

Covered Defects

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Hardware malfunctions

Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, minor abrasions, fading, tarnishing, or stains from makeup, food, liquids, pens, lotions, etc.

  • Bags that have been altered, modified, or mishandled

  • Mold

  • Secondhand, sample, or final sale items

Important: Warranty coverage is limited to defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of delivery. Damage from misuse, accidents, or external causes is not covered.


Accessories

Coverage Period: 6 months from original delivery date

Includes:

  • Bag straps

  • Parker chains

  • Stroller hooks

  • Luggage tags

  • Wipes cases

  • Changing kits & pads

Not Covered: Normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes over time.


Jewelry

Coverage Period: 18 months from original delivery date

Covered Defects:

  • Broken strings

  • Damaged locks or closures

Not Covered: Discoloration or normal wear.


Warranty Claims & Repairs

If you experience a defect within the warranty period:

  1. Contact [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue.

  2. For bags shipped within the continental U.S., MINA BAIE will cover shipping to and from our repair facility.

  3. Customers are responsible for secure packaging; MINA BAIE is not liable for damage or loss during shipping. Packaging costs are not reimbursed.

  4. Repairs typically take 2–3 weeks, excluding holidays and weekends. Timelines are estimates and may be extended during peak periods.

International customers are responsible for shipping items to MINA BAIE for inspection or repair. Please note in the case that customer ships an item back to us under our warranty coverage, duty, tax, shipping, and any other fees are non-refundable. Any refund would only apply to the cost of the goods.

Optional Local Repairs: You may have your bag repaired locally. MINA BAIE will reimburse a dated invoice submitted within the warranty period.

Replacement orders do not reset or extend the original warranty period. All coverage is tied to the original delivery date.


Issues Upon Delivery

If any defects or imperfections are found upon delivery:

  • Contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.

  • Please provide the following documentation in your email. These details are required for us to properly investigate and process a replacement, repair, or refund. Submitting this documentation helps protect both you and MINA BAIE, and ensures compliance with carrier and legal requirements: 

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damage, including the item and packaging

    • A copy of the packing slip

    • A photo of the shipping label

  • Claims submitted after 14 days may not be eligible for exchange or resolution.

MINA BAIE is not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered and in your possession.


Exclusive Remedy & Limitation of Liability

Repair or replacement of defective items, as described above, is the exclusive remedy under this warranty. To the extent permitted by law, MINA BAIE disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and any incidental or consequential damages.
